Restore your body & soul with a weekly yin yoga. This will be a small group class practicing a slower pace flow of relaxing & meditation. This is great yoga style for the busy body or anyone who wants to unwind. The session includes 10 min. beginning candlelit meditation, 45 mins. of poses, and 5 min. shavasana. Please arrive a few minuets early to set up as not to disrupt meditation (doors WILL be closed once begun, & reopened when flow starts.)
