This relaxing method of deep tissue work is known to have many purposes including promotion of circulation & Qi {CHI}, reducing inflammation, muscle and joint pain, facial tissue adhesions brake up, myofascial relief, detoxing, & trigger point releases. 5 minutes of cupping is equivalent to 30 minutes of a professional deep tissue massage! The half hour session includes focus cupping.
